We are very pleased to share with you the paper entitled “Ripening dynamics revisited: an automated method to track the development of asynchronous berries on time-lapse images” developed under the STARGATE project scope. With the collaboration of INRAE, one of the STARGATE partners, the paper proposes a method to track the growth and coloration kinetics of individual berries on time-lapse images of grapevine bunches.
